People who are blind or partially sighted experience significantly lower employment rates and incomes in Canada. The CNIB wanted to challenge employer misconceptions around the abilities of blind or partially sighted candidates. We created PSAs in both French and English. Crucially, we cast actors who are blind or partially sighted to play the roles of people with vision loss.
